decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment
that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made

9. Warranty Claims
In the event that a part supplied by Autovaux is suspected of failure please contact the company before taking any further action. Most of our suppliers offer a ‘no quibble’ replacement on the part only. Some suppliers insist that the part is inspected by one of their engineers on the vehicle before any claim can be settled. Labour claims will only be settled if Autovaux have been contacted to authorise work before it is carried out. Autovaux will not be liable for any claims if we are not contacted immediately.
