Whether you’ve got a question about a part in your basket, or want to check if we’ve got the part in stock, getting in touch with our Web Team is the best place to start. Below we’ve got some of the most common questions we get asked, but feel free to get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.

Yes we do. If you can find a part cheaper online somewhere else, we’ll match that price so long as it includes delivery, VAT and the part is in stock and sold by a UK company. If you want more information you can find it here on our Lowest Price Guarantee page.

The first step in returning a part is contacting our web team and letting them know what part you’re returning and why. Make sure you include your order number, as this will help speed up the returns process. You can find more information on our Returns & Refund policy here.

When you first came on to our website, you might have been asked to input your registration number or car make and model. This is because we use an industry standard REG Lookup that scans all registered vehicles, once we know what car you’ve got our website will only show you parts that fit your car.

If you came from a google search, you’ll need to put in your reg or car model to check compatibility, then a small pop-up should alert you if the car part is right for you. 

If you’re really concerned and want to double check with us, you can send us an email with the SKU Number of the part you’re looking at and your vehicle registration. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a response, and if it doesn’t fit we’ll even suggest the correct part for you.

SALES TEAM

If you’re local to our Dewsbury and Leeds branches, you can speak to our sales team with any of your questions. You can order parts for collection, check compatibility with your vehicle or get a quote on parts you’re looking to buy. Either in person, over the phone or via emails, our sales team are here to help.

If you place an order over the phone with one of our sales team, you’ll be able to collect the part in person at our Trade Counters. Just let our team know you’re intending to collect your part in person, and they’ll let you know when it should be available.

 

Just a quick note, sometimes we have to order in parts so you might not be able to collect the same day, if this is the case we will let you know.

Our Dewsbury Trade Counter is open to the public and has a wide range of car parts and accessories available for you to buy. You can also speak to our parts advisors who will be able to help you find parts we don’t keep on the counter.

 

Unfortunately our Leeds branch doesn’t have a store, but you can still collect in person if you’ve pre-ordered your part.
