Can Autovaux supply all Car Parts?

Try us, we don't have everything in stock but most current car parts are available to us within 2-3 working days. If the part isn't on our website please email us with your full details including your Vehicle Registartion Number.

Are Autovaux car parts Genuine GM/Vauxhall?

All our parts are new, and we do supply many parts in GM packaging at discounted parts, we are also proud to supply parts from the world’s largest OEM brands (Original Equipment Manufacturers) such as Bosch, Delphi, Hella etc. These are basically the companies who make the part for car manufacturers such as Vauxhall, VW, Toyota, BMW e.g. Bosch, Siemens both make engine management parts, they supply them to the Vauxhall manufacturing plants that then assemble your vehicle. These parts are identical to those supplied by car manufacturers just without the manufacturer packaging, logos and of course price tags.

In some cases it isn't viable to source from GM or OEM's e.g. your Nova's worth £200 and a GM wing mirror is £85 we source the part in the aftermarket from a company that gives the same length warranty as Vauxhall. The bottom line is that all parts supplied by Autovaux carry the same length warranty as a dealer supplied part.

Can Autovaux diagnose my problems?

No! The answer is that it's virtually impossible to give an accurate diagnosis over the phone even for a trained mechanic. Autovaux parts advisors are not mechanics and if they were it would be wrong of us to try and diagnose your faults. What if my part arrives damaged?

Some motor parts are delicate and regardless of the packaging that we use in the warehouse damages can happen in transit, in the event that you receive a part that is damaged you should notify us immediately and no later than 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement part to be despatched and organise collection of the damaged item. If a courier tries to deliver a box that is leaking or has visible damage you should either refuse the parcel or mark it on the courier’s paperwork.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is very easy, all you need to do is click on register in top right corner of website and provide your credentials there alternatively just Click Here, once done you will receive email confirmation from Autovaux.

How do I edit my account information?

If you already have an account with us and you wish to edit your information, please log in, click “my account” in the top right hand corner, you will be directed to your account. Here you can edit your information such as contact details, billing and delivery address, password and your order history.

What is your shipping policy?

We use range of couriers including Royal Mail, UK Mail, UPS and DPD to deliver your order on time. Please visit our Delivery Information section for detailed shipping policy.

How do I return an item?

You can return an incorrectly ordered or no longer wanted part within 30 days of purchase, if you want to return a part to us please contact us before hand and we will advise you on the best way to do this. If you have received an incorrect part please contact us and we do our best to get it resolved as soon as possible. Please follow Returns Policy for further information.
