Returns Policy

You can return an incorrectly ordered or no longer required part within 30 days of purchase, if you want to return a part to us please contact us before hand and we will advise you on the best way to do this. If you have received an incorrect part please contact us and we do our best to get it resolved as soon as possible. Kindly include your invoice number, order number and reason of return on a slip for warehouse to process your return. However you must cover the cost of returning the part by a signed for and traceable service. Carriage charges we paid to send your order will not be refunded. The part will then be inspected upon arrival and you will be issued with refund.

If a part has been fitted and is not faulty there will be no refunds whatsoever.

By instructing us before a return we will make notes on your account ensuring a speedy turn around with either a replacement part or refund. Please ensure unwanted parts are unopened and are in original packaging they were supplied with to avoid repackaging charges, we will apply repackaging charges in the event of parts being returned opened. We reserve the right not to issue refunds for damaged parts being returned to us, please ensure any returned items are packed well.

If we've listed an item incorrectly we will offer either an alternative replacement or refund and we will pay for carriage for the return of the item. If a part is delivered damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the part.
